Star...Well I have a trick to ease muscle soreness. Start with a hot bath-so hot you have to stay still when you first get in. Use epsom salt in the water. When you get out,dry off, then take the ICY HOT deoderant-like stick and make ONE pass with it over the sore muscles. ONE PASS ONLY! That stuff can burn pretty bad when you have open pores, so if you can't take the heat, just get in the shower and wash with soap and water. Get ready for some intenseness...(is that a word?)
